Multigoods deeply regrets to inform our international customers that we are unable to process exchanges or refunds for online orders outside our country at this time. We strive to provide you with detailed information to ensure your confidence in placing your order.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
At Muligoods, any product purchased from our online store can be exchanged at the Online or Official Retail Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state. Please note that this policy is applicable to local orders only.
- You are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered the wrong item to you or the one you received is faulty or damaged.
- Our Exchange Policy is only applicable within 7 days after the goods are delivered.
- Please be aware that discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not have a policy for refunds.
ORDER CANCELLATION
At Multigoods, you have the option to cancel your order at any time before the shipping process begins. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number for your order.
- Please note that Multigoods reserves the right to cancel your order due to reasons such as unavailability of stock, payment decline, or pricing inaccuracies.
